Featherweight Cardigan

Finished!

Knitted on size 4mm needles using Malabrigo laceweight in Emerald.

Size small with the cuff and hem knitted in moss stitch. Sleeves just to elbows.

Am absolute pleasure to knit, the yarn is so soft and easy to knit with and the pattern easy and totally sensible top down.

(I have lost 2 stone/28 pounds/12.7 kilos and hope to stay that way this time!)

The sweater is lovely. And congrats on the weight loss -- that's even harder than knitting a sweater!

The cardi is lovely, and as I was looking at the pictures, I was thinking, "My gosh, I think she has lost weight." And then at the end, you casually mention it. You look fabulous - Congrats!

Fabulous cardy, it suits you so well. Beautiful colour too! Well done with the weightloss, it can be an arduous chore, but knitting things to celebrate is always well worth it!

The cardi looks lovely on you, Linda! Glad yours worked out OK (I think the tip is to go for the small size), and I'm definitely going to try to track down some Malabrigo lace in this same shade - gorgeous.

And well done on your weight loss - though I thought you looked slim before!
